 Reinforcement is the process of encouraging or establishing a belief or pattern of behavior. There are four types of reinforcements: positive reinforcement, negative reinforcement, punishment and extinction. Reinforcement is very important in schools as it encourages and establishes behavior.  In schools there are different types of Learners with different behaviors and it is important to use the correct type of reinforcement for example if a learner is doing good or is well behaved they must get a reward or encouragement to continue doing so. If a learner doesn't behave or has bad behavior than punishment or extinction should be done.

School uniform are standard set of clothes that students/learners wear when going to school. Importance of school uniform: 1. Equality: school uniform fosters equality and inclusivity. 2. Increase safety: learners can be identified at their school uniform, when they are lost or in trouble.  3. Sense of belonging. 4. Focus on learning. 5. Discipline  6. Saves time,etc It is important for schools to have school uniform. Every school needs to have their own style of school uniform so that there is a difference and so that learners can be identified from which school they are coming from.

 In Namibia approximately 90% of people identify as Christians according to Wikipedia.  Bibles or religious education has been taken out of most schools and it is very important that Bibles are brought back in schools as it teaches learners about where they come from, God and spiritual life. Knowing about Jesus is very important and the bible tells us about the life of Jesus and the way we should live. I know everybody got their own religion but as many Namibians are Christians Bible should be taught in schools as it also helps learners to live a pure and righteous lives and reduce crime, misbehavior, abuse,hate, bullying,etc as the bible teaches us the way of living and accepting Jesus as our Lord and Savior. Eternity is real and it is very important to teach our children about it while they are still young.    Nowadays learners just want to be on social media and be under the influence of the world and it's patterns. Children need to know that there is more to life...

 Teenage pregnancy also known as adolescent pregnancy, is a pregnancy in females under the age of 20 between ages of 13-19. Teenage pregnancy has become a global issue and it occurs when: •Teenagers are not educated about sex,family planning, etc. •Alcohol and drug abuse  •Peer pressure  • Rape •etc. It is very important that teenagers are educated about sexual health, family planning, and Teenage pregnancy. Effects and consequences of teenage pregnancy: • Teenage mothers dropping out of school  • Abortion  • Missing out on school work • Stress • sleepless nights • Might drop in academic performance, etc. As a teenager you need to take care of yourself and think about your future and it is very important that teenage parents get all the support they need and not to be insulted or pushed away.

Water cycle shows the continuous movement of water within the earth and atmosphere. It consists of different processes. Liquid water evaporates and changes in water vapor and condenses to form clouds and precipates back to the earth in form of rain, snow or hail. Water cycle is very important as it enables water to be available for all living organisms and it regulates weather patterns on our planet. Definition of water cycle processes: Evaporation is the process of heating water from the surface and changes liquid water to gas. Condensation is when gas turns to liquid.  Physical Education often abbreviated as P.E is a course taught in schools to develop physical fitness, psychomotor skills, cognitive content and promoting wellness.  It is very important for every shool to incorporate physical Education as it will promote learners/ students wellness. Learners/students should not only sit in class for all the hours of school and break time is available for learners but it is important that P.E period is also part of the timetable. Learners need to exercise as exercise is good for the health of human beings. Sitting too long can be bad so allowing learners to just stretch and move their bodies will promote wellness.

 Going back to school after the holiday or after some break can be stressful if you are not prepared.  Bullying is a form of aggressive behavior whereby someone intentionally and repeatedly cause another person harm or discomfort. In so many cases bullying occurs mostly in schools and has likely caused many learners/students to drop out of school, get low self-esteem, no to little self confidence and suicide. It is very important for parents to train their children in a way, that they will grow up to be kind, gentle, loving and to treat people with respect and not to harm or cause anyone discomfort. In schools it is also very important for teachers to set ground rules and to look after the learners and encourage them to love, respect and be kind to others. Bullying is not fun and should not be applaud but rather be dealt with wisely. 

 According to Wikipedia technology is defined as the application of conceptual knowledge to achieve practical goals, especially in reproducible way. Technology in Education is the combined use of hardware, software and educational theories to facilitate learning.  Advantages of Technology in Education: 1.Provides learners with easy-to-access information  2. Flexibility  3. Helps learners to engage more. 4. Have fun opportunities to practice  5. Introduce learners to the digital world. 6. Accelerated learning.  Education is very important for every child and it paves the way for them to have a bright future.  It is very important that all learners are included regardless of their race, disabilities, tradition or culture and should be treated equally. Inclusive Education allows all learners to learn and have access to education. Unlikely in some schools, people/children with disabilities are not included as the school does not have enough resources or trained teachers to cater to disabled children.  In some schools there is still racism and there is still division. Black people are still being counted out, looked down on and excluded in some countries and it is important that all people have access to Education no matter their race and to be treated equally. In conclusion every child has a right to Education and to be included and to be treated fairly.
