Physical Education
Physical Education often abbreviated as P.E is a course taught in schools to develop physical fitness, psychomotor skills, cognitive content and promoting wellness.
It is very important for every shool to incorporate physical Education as it will promote learners/ students wellness. Learners/students should not only sit in class for all the hours of school and break time is available for learners but it is important that P.E period is also part of the timetable. Learners need to exercise as exercise is good for the health of human beings.
Sitting too long can be bad so allowing learners to just stretch and move their bodies will promote wellness.
